About Paramount Staffing
Paramount Staffing is a private, woman-owned staffing and HR consulting firm founded in 1998. Based in Atlanta, the company specializes in contact center, corporate support, and legal staffing, delivering temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct hire solutions to clients nationwide.
The Challenge
One of Paramount Staffing's clients needed to hire a large volume of newly licensed healthcare agents while keeping hiring costs manageable. To meet this demand, Paramount sought a way to expand the available talent pool and create a more sustainable pipeline of qualified candidates.
In addition to recruiting talent, Paramount needed a solution that could help candidates gain the knowledge and credentials required to succeed in these roles. The goal was to support the client's hiring needs, accelerate workforce readiness, and build a stronger pipeline of talent for future hiring demands.
The Solution
Paramount partnered with Nasium Training to reimagine its workforce strategy. Instead of competing for a fixed supply of licensed talent, Paramount began recruiting high-potential candidates and leveraging Nasium Training to support licensing, credentialing, and compliance.
This partnership created a streamlined, end-to-end process that delivered fully prepared agents ready for immediate placement — shifting Paramount’s model from sourcing talent to actively building it.1
