Our Training Approach

This training prepares learners for the Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification exam. Additional certification or licensure requirements may apply, depending on the state in which the learner works; specific eligibility is determined by individual state requirements.

Learners complete 800 hours of clinical experience designed to be completed on a 28-week schedule, providing them with supervised practice in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, hemodynamic monitoring, ECG interpretation, sterile technique, and patient care. Learners will complete their required clinical hours within an established 28-week* clinical experience schedule, which is integrated into the overall program timeline.
